Compact design, flexibility for various packaging formats, and maximum operational efficiency—from the creation of secondary packaging to the final, ready-to-ship pallet.
At the heart of the system is a cartoning machine that forms boxes from flat cardboard sheets and then automatically fills them with product using the top-load method—that is, from the top—with high precision and gentle handling of the product. Once filled, the boxes are sealed with adhesive and prepared for shipment. The subsequent palletizing process completes the entire operation by automatically stacking the finished packages onto a pallet according to a defined pattern, thereby eliminating the need for manual handling. The entire solution is designed with an emphasis on a compact design, flexibility for various package formats, and maximum operational efficiency—from package formation to the final, ready-to-ship pallet.
