A top-load system for packing sticks into boxes and lid-tray cartons.

The line uses an ST600 with ten rows to produce stickpack bags, and a high-precision auger filler ensures accurate dosing. The boxes are erected on a CFM machine, filled from above using an LOM unit and then closed by a CLM machine. Finally, a CAM-W cartoning machine creates lid-tray transport packaging to ensure stable and safe transportation. The entire line is optimised for high capacity, smooth product flow and consistent packaging quality.
