The multifunctional cartoning machine is the ideal solution for the efficient packaging of bars in cartons with various configurations of product layers in the box. The magnetic drive ensures quiet, precise operation and the ability to position each transport tray individually. Three independent forming heads create boxes directly on the production line. The pick-and-place system then quickly and accurately places products into these boxes using the top-load method. After being sealed with hot glue, the boxes are transferred to the palletising unit via a conveyor belt. The result is an elegant, compact, high-performance secondary packaging solution ready for modern production.
