Designed for efficient processing of instant coffee mixtures. From stick packs to transport packaging.
The process begins with a multi-lane auger filler to ensure accurate dosing. This is followed by a 10-lane ST600 packaging machine that produces stick packs with zig-zag cuts. The maximum capacity of the machine is 500 bags per minute.
The finished bags are then transported by individual buckets and precisely inserted by a pick-and-place unit. Next, the individual sticks are grouped and counted according to the required number per package.
A CAM-I (side-load) cartoning machine then inserts the bags into boxes in an oriented direction. These boxes are then packed into transport packaging by a CAM-W wrap-around cartoning machine to ensure stable, aesthetically pleasing group packaging.
A special feature of the line is the secondary packaging method, which allows non-oriented bags to be packed into American cases. This section of the line is equipped with a carton erector and closing unit, making it a highly versatile solution for various packaging and distribution requirements.
