The complete line, combining Stickpack and VFFS machines, is designed for efficient packing of stickpacks into bags.

Fully automated stick-in-bag solution with variable quantity of sticks and quick format change.

The ST800 produces 3 side sealed sticks containing instant coffee in ten lanes with precise dosing using a auger filler. The finished sticks are transferred by a bucket conveyor to a counting station, which creates precise batches for subsequent packaging on the S300 machine. This machine creates bags with quad seal and a flat bottom. The entire solution allows for flexible configuration for different quantities and sizes of bags and ensures high speed, accuracy, and smooth production. The result is an efficient stick-in-box system for packaging instant coffee in consumer packages.
